    UAS Instructor / Supervisor (U.S. Air Force, Las Vegas, NV)

    • Successfully trained approximately 250 new team members on highly advanced aerial intelligence gathering and dispersal systems with over 500 hours of flight instruction time on the MQ-9 Reaper Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System.
    • Led a team in creating monthly scenario-based training emphasizing comprehensive tactical maneuvers that support 100% compliance and currency for all team members.
    • Created comprehensive performance improvement plans (PIPs) for trainees who required additional support, to maintain 100% currency for up and coming operators.
    • Responsible for administration of maintenance documentation, technical publications, operator checklists, flight plans, training schedules, etc.
    • Tested software to provide feedback and data to platform engineers for continued improvement and development.
    • Reported to strategic level leadership in streamlining training plans as well as tactical procedures and processes.

    • Operated full motion video electro-optical/infrared/low light cameras, laser range designators to support intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance operations.
    • Worked across global partners and military intelligence assets to coordinate safe tactical and support operations for allied ground forces in multiple combat environments.
    • Flew 124 sorties; provided over 2500 hours of reconnaissance, overwatch, and close air support missions.
    • Flight weapons shop liaison; disseminated briefs/academics on tactical capabilities and procedures of MQ-9 systems and its affiliated teams.
